Position Overview

The Fitness Influencer Volunteer is responsible for creating engaging, educational, and motivational content that promotes health, fitness, and brand awareness across digital platforms. This role combines content creation, community engagement, and strategic brand partnerships to drive audience growth and measurable impact.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle content (videos, reels, posts, stories, blogs)
  • Demonstrate workouts, exercise techniques, and wellness routines safely and effectively
  • Educate followers on training principles, recovery, and healthy habits
  • Engage consistently with the online community (comments, DMs, live sessions)
  • Collaborate with brands and sponsors in alignment with audience values
  • Track analytics and optimize content strategy for growth and engagement
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and professional image
  • Stay current with fitness trends, research, and platform updates

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in fitness, personal training, or health coaching
  • Strong on-camera presence and communication skills
  • Knowledge of exercise programming, nutrition basics, and safe technique
  • Active social media presence with measurable engagement
  • Ability to create and edit content (basic photo/video editing skills preferred)
  • Professional certifications (ISSA, NASM, ACE, etc.) preferred but not required
